TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide financial leadership for a strategically important global business. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and partnering closely with the General Manager, this role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping strategy, driving business performance, and supporting long-term growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, helping shape and execute the business strategy.
  • Provide financial insight and thought leadership to support growth, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
  • Support key business initiatives, including organic growth, market expansion, productivity programs, and potential M&A activity.

Driving Operational Performance

  • Partner closely with the General Manager and business leaders to drive profitable growth and value creation.
  • Lead performance reviews, forecasting processes, and operating rhythms that provide visibility and accountability.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a disciplined operating system focused on execution and continuous improvement.

Finance Leadership & Functional Excellence

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance organization.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through succession planning and capability development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive enhancements in financial processes, reporting, analytics, decision-support tools, and governance.
  • Strengthen the overall control environment while improving the quality and timeliness of business insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant finance leadership experience within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy and business performance.
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, costing, and S&OP processes.
  • Demonstrated P&L leadership experience within a complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Experience leading change and driving transformational initiatives.
  • Leading large M&A and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions, cultures, and geographies.
