Aufgaben & Anforderungen


•Drive for process technology standards and set requirements for supplier

•Support special Process Audit Modules - (Molding / mold tooling / stamping/ etc.)

•Engage in Focus Supplier Program

•Lead Continuous Improvement activities of suppliers (e.g. Scorecard Reviews)

•Create a flexible Lean Manufacturing environment at suppliers

•Get voice of supplier

•KPI synchronization

•Gap assessment of missing standard contracts / QAA

•Support enhancing supplier audits for robustness

•Join projects and partnership for process efficiency improvements

•Assure that suppliers meet TE customer requirements

•Perform process audits, 8D workshops and corrective action verification



•Bachelor´s degree with technical background (or equivalent)

•3+ years experience in applying automotive quality tools according TS 16949, AIAG and VDA standards

•Experience with problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, DMAIC,…)

•Manufacturing process knowledge in Molding and Stamping beneficial

•Ability to set up priorities, organize and plan with respect to business goals and sustainability

•Driving for Execution

•Willingness to travel up to 75%

•Coaching and Leadership skills

•Quality tools

•TE quality process and systems

•Advanced quality elements (Lean PD and APQP)

•Advanced problem solving capabilities beneficial (Six Sigma, Shainin)

•Lean professional

•Fluent in written and spoken English and German
