Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As an integrated team member within the Finance department of our production location in Woert & Dinkelsbuehl, the Plant Controlling intern will be exposed to and learn all aspects of business partnering with other departments and financial reporting. We offer challenging tasks in a dynamic environment within a global organization that will develop skills required to succeed in your future career: 
 Assist in weekly & monthly reporting to headquarter

 Assist in cost estimates and investment assessments

 Support deviation analysis  

 Participate in Forecast & Month-end close activities

 Prepare presentations for meetings with plant executives

 Work on process improvements

 Ad hoc analyses & strategic projects 
 Pursuing (Bachelor or Master) degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics

 Open-minded, willingness to learn, pro-active approach, team player, ability to work independently & multi-task

 Technical affinity

 Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills in particular MS Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.

 Good communication skills in both English and German
