Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung von Verschwendungen in den Prozessen und Initiierung des PDCA Zyklus
  • Entwiceln von Value Stream Maps und Umsetzen der Implementierungspläne für spezifische Produktfamilien, um die Abteilungs- und Werksziele zu erreichen
  • Planung und Verfolgung von Aktionsplänen
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Lean Kaizen Events
  • Aufzeigen von Einsparpotentialen
  • Coaching im Bereich Lean Thinking und Lean Production
  • Sicherstellung termin- und budgetgerechter Umsetzung von Projekten 
  • Ergebnisorientierte Projektgestaltung und Sicherstellung von finanziellen Benefits
