Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team in this newly created role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting digital marketing data to optimize our online marketing campaigns, enhance user experience, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze digital marketing performance metrics across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
•    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
•    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
•    Collaborate with marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
•    Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to gather and examine data.
•    Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
•    Provide recommendations for improving user experience and increasing customer engagement.
•    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
•    Assists in contacting and selecting vendors for digital marketing programs.
•    Tracks lead generation and conversation rate of each digital marketing channel (email, social media, display advertising, mobile, etc.).

•    Storytelling: Knowledge of concepts and creating and presenting business proposals, initiatives, and ideas by storytelling actual business scenarios that are situation-specific, engaging, and persuasive.
•    Marketing Automation: Knowledge of the software, platform, and technologies of marketing automation; ability to automate marketing campaigns to help organization achieve business purposes.
•    Take Personal Ownership: Knowledge of the current situation or issue at hand; ability to take full personal responsibility or ownership for assignments, activities, choices, and results.
•    Marketing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of marketing tasks, approaches, and promotion; ability to identify customer needs and arrange goods and services to fulfill the identified needs.
•    Marketing Analytics: Knowledge of methodologies, technologies, and processes used to collect, inspect, and utilize marketing data; ability to evaluate the marketing effectiveness to predict future market behaviors and trends.

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
•    Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst
•    5 years of progressive professional experience  
•    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
•    Strong logical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
•    Ability to work solitarily and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $86,640-129,960 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
