Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sendungen entgegennehmen und Empfang quittieren
- Menge, Identität des Wareneingangs feststellen, sowie Sichtprüfungen auf eindeutig erkennbare Beschädigungen durchführen
- Wareneingänge auf Abweichungen gegenüber Lieferpapieren prüfen
- Differenzen / Beschädigungen weitermelden
- Waren mittels einfach zu bedienenden Transportgeräten an vorgegebenen Lagerorten einlagern bzw. zur Einlagerung weiterleiten
- Erstellung und Korrektur von Liefer- / Versandpapieren über das SAP System
- Produkte entsprechend den Lieferpapieren zusammenstellen bzw. kommissionieren, sowie sachgerecht für den Versand verpacken
- Dokumente (z.B. Exportpapiere) Sendungen zuordnen und beifügen
- Warenausgänge im System verbuchen, Faktura von Lieferscheinen im SAP anstoßen
- Inventurarbeiten leisten (Bestände durch Zählen, Wiegen usw. feststellen)
- Leergut zum Abtransport bereitstellen und gebrauchte Verpackungsmaterialen entsorgen
- TE interne Vorgaben zur Aufgabenerfüllung sind zu beachten: TELAG Procedures, GLOG Procedures, TE Policies, Arbeitsanweisungn, Betriebsvereinbarungen
Ihr ideales Profil:
- Ausbildung und Zusatzqualifikation (z.B: Logistik, Export, Sprachen)
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Logistikbereich
- Deutsch in Wort & Schrift (Englisch erwünscht
- Gutes Maß an analytischem Denkvermögen
- Teamplayer
- Hohe Motivation
- GuteKommunikationsfähigkeiten
