TE Connectivity's Regional Product Managers (RPM) manage all aspects of a product portfolio. They are tied directly to the customer and own the business within the region. RPMs develop and execute the overall business strategy to meet sales and profit targets within the region.
This role of Americas RPM for Panel and Relays Solutions will manage the Singal and High Power category, a $30 million responsibility with aspirational growth targets. This RPM will interact closely with the Global Product Manager for Singal and High Power Relays shaping a regional strategy for growth to be executed by the RPM. This RPM will need to act with an entrepreneurial spirit engaging Sales and customers directly
Key Responsibilities:
Support of new product introduction activities
Preparation of product promotional and training presentations
Establishing stronger competitive cross reference database
Determining and establishing competitive pricing
Partnering with Operations to bring resolution to product issues, delivery, quality, inventory, etc. as needed
Partnering with Marketing/Digital to support Go-To-Market strategy execution
Enhancing product-related digital content on TE.com
Conduct market and competitor research and analysis
Assisting with product segmentation and other life cycle management activities
Provide product information and samples to customers and sales team as needed
Other special project
Key Goals & Objectives / Measurement
Revenue growth and margin improvement
Business development; creation of opportunity pipeline and conversion
What your background should look like:
Key Qualifications / Experiences / Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
8+ years of employment with TE Connectivity, Product Management or Sales experience supporting an electrical connector portfolio
Demonstrated behaviour and values above TE standards and proven track record of meeting / exceeding performance goals
Drive for results mentality with the ability to work to deadlines and challenging targets
Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set
Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple functions
Strong presentation, selling and negotiation skills
Fully acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite software
SAP knowledge a plus
General:
The function reports to the Sr. Manager of Product Management of Pannel and Relay Solutions and should strive for a strong professional relation/collaboration with multiple other functions within the organization.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $137,500 -172,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
