We are seeking a versatile and organized Business Support Assistant to provide administrative, IT, and finance support to our Dubai office and KSA entities. This role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication across departments, and compliance with local regulations, particularly within DAFZA/JAFZA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, reception, supplies, and housekeeping.

  • Coordinate couriers, document dispatch, and filing with confidentiality.

  • Arrange travel (visas, flights, hotels, transport) for staff and visitors.

  • Assist with events, meetings, and internal communications.

  • Provide basic IT support and maintain hardware/software inventory in coordination with the IT team.

  • Support finance with invoice processing, expense claims, reconciliations, and audit documentation.

  • Handle PRO services related to DAFZA/JAFZA including visa, license, and lease matters.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and task follow-up.

Your ideal background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience).

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a support/administrative role within the UAE.

  • Familiarity with UAE government processes and free zone regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Highly organized, discreet, and proactive in a multicultural environment
