Job Title: Account Manager – Dubai

Our growing business is currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Account Manager with Electrical Engineering degree, responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market (Oman). 


Experience dealing with PDO, OXY, OETC and DCRP along with EPC contractors is highly desired. This is a position based in Dubai/or Oman and requires the candidate to be self-starter. The right candidate will have the unique opportunity to grow into leadership position in the company.  


Reporting to Regional Manager-Gulf, this role manages distributors/channel partners and customers in Oman to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and timely engineering solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities
•    Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution to ensure Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) throughout the sales process.
•    Prospecting for new sales opportunities and follow up on all potential leads promptly.
•    Frequent customer visits, sales meetings and developing distributor to grow business and expand revenue.
•    Daily, weekly and monthly reporting required using our CRM sales force and other company software and sales tools.
•    Prepare Sales Plan using company tools.
•    Create added value for the customer and TE connectivity and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, tenders and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
•    Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
•    Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know how sharing and cross-collaboration.
•    Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
•    Prepare offers in coordination with tendering/technical department and/or marketing manager. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and sales conditions.

 

Qualifications 
A degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering.

 

Key Requirements
•    More than 5 years of experience in similar position/Technical sales and Knowledge in Electrical Power system.
•    Fluent in English language, other languages (i.e. Arabic, Hindi etc.) a plus.
•    Capacity to achieve business results and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
•    Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding irregular working hours.
•    Proficiency with MS office, like Word, Excel and Power point.
•    Strong time management/prioritization skills.
•    Reliable, commitment, integrity, accountability and Teamwork, a must have.
