工作概况

TE Connectivity 的制造工程团队是冲压、模制或组装相关主题的工艺领导者，确保工艺以最佳的质量和 输出水平运行。他们是模具加工、机械加工和组装技术领域的专家，拥有广泛的相关制造工艺知识，其中可能包括制造环境内的冲压/成型/组装或其他工艺的优化和标准化。制造工程团队支持 TE 事业部的工厂达到 TE 运营优势 (TEOA) 的要求，推广卓越中心 (COE)、最佳演示做法 (BDP)，并就工具和机械的复制/更正/改进提供 建议。他们设计和开发制造工艺及自动化平台，并将其应用于实现新产品开发以及优化已投产的现有产品。这些团队还支持产品开发人员选择和优化零件生产工具，以及针对计划的制造数量、质量要求和制造地点选择最合适的制造概念。他们充当工程与生产之间的界面，确保新设计的可制造性和生产的稳步推进，以及支持研发团队生产制造设备样机、产品样品和原型。

Key Responsibilities
主要职责 
1.    Provide technical expertise and perspective on machinery and functional safety/control reliability, ensuring compliance with regulations governing TE machine safety technical specifications.

2.    Optimize processes to ensure technical safety is imbedded into the design and implementation of effective machine guarding systems to minimize exposure to machinery hazards and prevent accidents, aiming to build an intrinsic safety machine.

3.    Assess and manage safety risks and recommend and implement automation systems, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies solutions to engineer safe and productive process.

4.    Verify machine control system design and control reliability to ensure compliance with TE machine specifications.

5.    Be a critical member of site machine safety committee, providing technical guidance, comprehensive training, and support to ensure a culture of machine safety awareness and compliance.

6.    Collaborate closely with the TE Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functional teams including engineers, production managers, and health and safety officers to integrate safety measures into the manufacturing process.

7.    Continuously evaluate and improve related to machine safety protocols, policies, and specifications, keeping them align with evolving regulations and industry benchmarks.

Candidate of Profile
1.    Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Electrical and Automation Engineering/ Functional Safety. 
至少 6 年的电气和自动化工程/功能安全实践经验。
2.    Understanding of equipment electrical principles and control principles, prior experience and knowledge in the manufacturing industry are strongly preferred. 
了解设备电气原理和控制原理，具有制造业的经验和知识者优先。
3.    CEFS (Certified Expert in Functional Safety ), CMSE (Certified Machine Safety Expert) ,or CMRE (Certified Machinery Risk Evaluator) is preferred.
CEFS（功能安全认证专家）、CMSE（认证机器安全专家）或 CMRE（认证机械风险评估员）是首选。
4.    Ability to prioritize manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.

5.    Strong problem-solving skills.

6.    University degree in related field, engineering or equivalent.
