QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST III

Job Overview

Responsibilities:
1. Handle quality issues of key customer and products in process in order to improve and maintain product quality performance.

2. Drive improvement for nonconformance detected by QC.

3. Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan, in order to maintain the relationship with customers and provide extraordinary customer experience. Communicate with customer to handle customer concern.

4. Use the DMAIC method to drive product improvement and process improvement.

5. Work with team to qualify the process of manual production line/automative production line, identify the gap and drive proper improvement action, follow up until action closed. Drive team to improve CoPQ (cost of poor quality) by providing process data and full data analysis.

6. Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; draft quality engineering work instruction/control plan, drive issue closed in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards. 

7. Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close customer finding on time and fulfill customer requirement to our products and process in order to meet customer requirement and our quality systerm.

8. Analyze and identify material quality issues found in production line, push SQE for supplier improvement in order to maintain incoming marerial quality.

9. Develop quality engineering documents including control plan etc, support as team member for PFMEA/MIL/CTAR,CPK, GR&R), set up and develop quality inspection criteria, approve COC format, issue quality alert, in order to maintain consistent product quality performance.

What your background should look like:

Requirements:

1. College diploma major in engineering/science

2. Three years electronics industry quality related working experience, 1 year SMT experience is preferred.

3. Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred, can lead the team to do the DOE/GR&R and data analyze ability.

4. Familiar with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, singal integrity etc.

5. Familiar with electrical industry specification such as IPC620, IPC610 etc.

6. Good communication skill, integrity, accountability and passion. Can work under the pressure.
Read, written and fluent oral English.
