PAYROLL ANALYST II
Job Overview
Responsibilities
1. Ensure accurate payroll calculation and all payments are made timely and compliant.
2. Attendance data collection, checking and analysis as needed for payroll processing.
3. Social insurance, housing fund and commercial insurance management.
4. Administrate HR systems (SAP, Kayang and etc)
5. Responsible for income tax declaration accurate and timely.
6. Employee on board/termination/transfer process handle/employee contract renew management.
7. Support site C&B, ER Projects to ensure compliance with TE C&B strategy, TE group policies.
What your background should look like:
Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree majored in management, HR or other related discipline, 2 years or above relevant HR experience, compensation & Benefit experiences in manufacturing industry preferred.
- English Speaking and Writing.
- Proficient with PCs, Excel and Word.
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations.
- Positive and proactive mind, strong responsibility, high integrity, good team player with a strong work ethic.
