Leads, coordinates and manages - with the staff involved - the planning, organization and implementation of projects in tandem with business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement section budget and plan; allocate section target to subordinates; monitor budget achievement and overall performance in order to achieve targeted section performance.
Policies and Procedures
Implement global policies and procedures; and develop factory PM procedures and align with TE corporate policies in order to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly, including serve customer or third party audit and improvement.
People Management and Development
Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the section in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
Project Management
Lead new project for cable assembly and allocate team resources, as well as give support to team members; review and monitor key projects progress and provide cross function coordination supporting; and act as key project manager in order to ensure project successful implementation.
Customer Relationship Maintenance
Build and maintain good relationship with customers in order to ensure project successful implementation.
What your background should look like
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree with mechanical/electric related majors;
- 5+ years project management experience including 2 years team management;"
- Management skills, good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus
- Fluent English
