Job Overview

Planning and Budgeting
(i) Implement section budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; 
(ii) Monitor their performance In order to achieve targeted department performance.
Policies and Procedures
(i)Implement quality policies, procedures and  systems;
(ii)Develop quality engineering procedures In order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards    
People Management and Development
(i) Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; 
(ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; 
(iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them;
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issues in the team In order to achieve targeted team performance and retain key talent.
Quality Engineering
(i) Coordinate customers complaints process;
(ii) Approve customer complaints corrective action plan;
(iii) Review product quality performance, and develop process quality improvement; plan and monitor the implementation;
(iv) Handle key quality issues in production In order to improve product quality performance.
Quality Control
(i) Supervise the implementation of quality control for in-process/final productions;
(ii) Participate related MRB meeting and provide professional advices;
(iii) Coordinate key quality issues with related departments In order to ensure product quality to meet customer/regulatory requirements.

What your background should look like:

College graduated
5 years quality working experience in MNC including 3 years managerial experience    
Interpersonal skills, communication skills, advance English, accountability, integrity, leadership, coordination, team building
