Manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment.

Job Requirements

• Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
• Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
