Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to D&D Dongguan/Function leadership team members and their direct reports.

KEY REQUIRMENTS
- Support the design and delivery of strategic HR initiatives including organizational and talent development, change management, succession pipeline, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Partnering with D&D Dongguan/Function leaders to contribute to the analysis and prioritization of the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions.
- Analyze trends and metrics as they apply to client groups, assist in developing proactive actions and act upon them to further support business objectives and people strategy.
- Maintain a dashboard to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Utilize project management methodology and governance tools to manage, track and create alignment across initiatives and teams.
- Coordinate effectively with a wide range of partners including HR Regional Partners, HR COE and HR Services to effectively deliver HR initiatives required to drive the business imperatives.
- Enable employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities. Support employee engagement pulse surveys and address critical action items.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / HR KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Business / HR related major preferred.
- Typically requires 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment.
- Typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist / HRBP related experience; breadth of HR knowledge & skills in a variety of fields preferred.
- Experience working in global or international organizations.
- Experience in manufacturing environments a plus.
- Business Acumen (understand how the business works from customers and markets to operations and financial points of view) in creating value for TE.
- HR Functional Expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations
- Strong written, oral communication in both Chinese and English, and presentation skills with the ability to present confidently.
- Experience with project management and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
