Job Requirements
Role: Global Procurement Manager – Process Innovation & Data Analytics
Reports to: Procurement Transformation Leader, DDN Procurement
Objective: Lead process and data-driven continuous improvement in DDN Procurement, driving agility and precision in decisions and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Standardization
- Drive end-to-end procurement process improvements (standardization, simplification, automation)
- Redesign sourcing processes to improve speed, accuracy, compliance, and user experience
- Standardize documentation, workflows, approvals for consistency and traceability
- Eliminate bottlenecks (supplier onboarding, RFQ, engineering changes, ramp-up)
- Define and track sourcing KPIs (cycle time, RFQ turnaround, first-time-right, time-to-market)
- Benchmark against industry best practices
Digital Enablement & Program Management
- Lead global programs using digital tools (e-sourcing, portals, workflow automation, analytics dashboards)
- Manage end-to-end program governance: business case, roadmap, milestones, risks, communications
- Support audits with clear documentation of process changes and digital tools
Data Analytics & Insights
- Use advanced analytics to monitor performance, identify improvements, enable data-driven decisions
- Build dashboards and reports for actionable insights for procurement teams and leadership
- Apply predictive analytics to uncover trends, risks, opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to translate data into operational and financial outcomes
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with commodity managers and NPD teams for early supplier involvement in new product development
- Strengthen collaboration between sourcing, engineering, supply chain, and finance
Change Leadership & Capability Building
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, digital literacy, and data-driven decision-making
- Deliver training, playbooks, templates, and best-practice toolkits globally
- Equip sourcing teams to effectively use new digital tools and workflows
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred); MBA a plus
- Experience: 8+ years in global procurement/supply chain (industrial electronics/manufacturing preferred). Broad knowledge of semiconductors, PCB, PCBA, electronic components preferred
- Key Skills: Global electronics sourcing; process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma); data analytics & visualization (Power BI, Tableau); strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management; fluency in English; flexibility with time zones and international travel

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
