Job Overview

Lead the global supply chain planning function for ICT to deliver an agile, resilient end-to-end supply chain, aligning planning, logistics, and fulfillment with customer demand and ICT financial goals.

Job Requirements

  • Lead the global ICT planning organization (finished goods/import/DC planning) and ensure planning outputs translate into reliable execution across all regions/sites.
  • Mature and lead the supply chain responsibilities for the S&OE process framework to manage near-term constraints, drive fast cross-functional decisions, and resolve customer-risk escalations.
  • Build strong alignment between S&OP and S&OE by ensuring near-term execution priorities reflect the approved plan while managing exceptions that require plan adaptation.
  • Own the global inventory planning and forecasting management to improve OTD service, limit cost, and optimize working capital.
  • Drive standardization and process maturity in planning processes, reporting, and analytics; integrate planning into broader business frameworks where relevant
  • Ensure SAP S4 planning and execution success for ICT
  • Foster an environment that prioritizes continuous learning, talent development, and mentorship to strengthen the ICT supply chain’s talent pool and ensure a robust succession pipeline.

What your background should look like

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration. MBA and APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in planning (material planning, supply planning, or a similar role within a global manufacturing or distribution environment. Proven experience working with a centralized or global planning model is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; SAP MM/PP modules are strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and S&OP/S&OE processes.
