Posting Start Date:  3/6/26

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.

Job Description:

Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, our people are at the heart of every innovation. We believe in creating an environment where talented individuals can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact across the world. If you are passionate about shaping organizations, partnering with visionary leaders, and enabling teams to deliver their best work — we’d love to meet you.

We are looking for a Director, HR Business Partner to support three dynamic, fast‑evolving global functions: TEIS (Technology & Engineering), Strategy, and Marketing. In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with C‑suite leaders including the Chief Technology Officer, Segment CMOs, and the Chief Strategy Officer. You will help connect their distinct priorities into a unified talent and organizational strategy that enables innovation, accelerates transformation, and builds capability for the future.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Influence

  • Partner closely with TEIS, Strategy, and Marketing leaders to understand their goals, operating models, and talent needs.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational effectiveness, structural changes, and ways of working that improve agility and performance.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable people and capability roadmaps aligned to each function’s unique priorities.

Talent, Capability & Workforce Planning

  • Assess current and future skills across Technology, Data, Digital, Strategy, and Marketing.
  • Shape buy/build/borrow strategies to strengthen capability pipelines globally.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership readiness, and strategic workforce planning across these functions.

Employee Growth & Engagement

  • Champion engagement by cultivating a culture where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered.
  • Drive key development programs — from stretch assignments and coaching to mentoring and leadership training.
  • Promote mobility, career progression, and an inclusive employee experience.

Coaching, Facilitation & Change Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for senior leaders and teams navigating complex challenges.
  • Lead change initiatives across technology, strategic enablement, and marketing — ensuring alignment, adoption, and readiness at scale.
  • Support leaders in building resilient, high‑performing teams that thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Who You Are

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who brings curiosity, confidence, and compassion to your work. You thrive in global, matrixed environments and know how to influence at the executive level. You can shift seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution — and you enjoy solving complex organizational challenges.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Several years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally across Tech, IT, Digital, Strategy, or Marketing.
  • Strong track record partnering with C‑suite leaders and shaping cross‑functional programs in global organizations.
  • Deep experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate across cultures, manage competing priorities, and operate with agility in fast‑paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusting partnerships at every level.
  • Analytical rigor and the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Passion for developing people and fostering inclusive, engaged workplaces.

What You'll Love About Working Here

At TE Connectivity, you’ll join a culture built on integrity, innovation, inclusion, and teamwork. You’ll work alongside leaders who value your perspective, support your growth, and empower you to contribute to meaningful global impact.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the future of three mission‑critical global functions
  • Partner with inspiring, forward‑thinking leaders
  • Influence organization‑wide strategies and transformations
  • Drive people initiatives that empower thousands of employees

Your work will matter — and you’ll feel it every day.
