Job Overview
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten am CAD als Vorbereitung für CNC-Programmierung
- CNC-Programmierung der Maschinen im Modelshop
- Maschinenbedienung CNC-Fräsmaschine, NC-Fräsmaschine, NC-Drehbank, sowie der selbstverständliche Umgang mit konventionellen Maschinen und Handerkzeugen
- Anfertigung von kleinen Mengen an Prototypen oder Prototypen Vorrichtungen für den Bereich Engineering
- Regelmäßige Wartung, Pflege und Upgrade von Maschinen
- Regelmäßige interne Kommunikation/Abstimmung Abteilungsintern und dem Bereich des Engineering
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch den Einsatz von TEOA-Tools
- Arbeitet gemäß TE-Vorschriften, projekt- (z.B. LEANPD) und nicht projektbezogenen Vorschriften (z.B. EHS)
- Übernahme der Tätigkeit eines Sicherheitsbeauftragten
What your background should look like:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerk (z.B. Feinmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder ähnlich)
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
- Übernahme von Verantwortung und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Technikbegeisterung und Interesse am Bereich Automotive
- Deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und proaktives, teamfähiges Verhalten sowie Innovationsdrang
