Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Data Architecture and Analysis Teams are responsible for the delivery of database and data architecture design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, performing needs assessments and performance monitoring/tuning. They

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement changes or improvements as needed, aligning processes with the organization strategic goals, designing, and implementing process architectures, establishing process measurements systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze training needs to teach and coach people on DFSS, DMAIC, Lean and/or problem-solving tools.
  • Strong focus is required on standardization and best practice sharing. 
  • Drive/Lead problem solving.
  • Facilitate/Lead quality improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams at our different sites.
  • Analyze data and use of statistical techniques to solve critical problems. 
  • Well communication and adaptability to work with different areas (R&D, Quality, Mfg, Project management, Product management, etc.)

What your background should look like:

  • Demonstrated experience in Lean and Six sigma projects.
  • Facility to train, coach and lead team works successfully.
  • Must have experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Must show successfully Lean, problem solving and Six Sigma projects implementation with benefits.
  • Data mindset
  • Solid knowledge in statistics / mathematics
  • Must be certified Six sigma black belt.
  • Preferable to have additional certifications (KT, Lean, Red X)
  • English proficiency written and spoken.
