The Solution Center Team plays a critical role in supporting TE’s Enterprise strategy by driving Customer Growth and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience. We also enable the Distribution Channel business unit to make it simple and seamless for our partners to do business with TE.
Our organization is made up of professionals who provide global service to both end customers and distributors, fueling growth across the company.

Your tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Distribution partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build strong relationships and create revenue opportunities through daily tasks such as quoting, order processing, and managing worklists.
- Handle distributor escalations and follow up on Special Price Requests and MCPs to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat to provide real-time solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, engineering, customer care) to resolve inquiries and meet customer needs.
- Support competitive pricing strategies by working closely with pricing teams and maintaining transparent communication with customers.
- Participate in distributor-focused meetings to align on priorities and share insights.
Your ideal background
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience - we value diverse educational backgrounds.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills—clear and impactful in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative mindset, bringing fresh ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborative team player with strong critical thinking skills, able to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
