SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives. Holding this role you will act as a support for Sales Team in all sales, marketing and administrative activities. If you are a well organised individual who enjoys being in a supporting role for the business and you are not overwhelmed by a dynamcally changing, fast paced and customer oriented environment, you will find this opportunity extremely appealing. We offer a unique possibility of working close to one of our key Clients and gaining possibility of development towards more advanced Sales and Marketing roles. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in all managers' sales activities (reports, presentations, data collection)                                    
  • Support in all managers' marketing activities /callendars, gifts, business cards/                                    
  • Support in all administrative activities (stationery, organisations of meetings, all activities connected with legal funcionality)

Occasionally you will also be responsbile for:

  • Organisation of customers' events, technical days, exhibitions                                    
  • Samples ordering

What your background should look like:

  • Educational background on level of minimum Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in work within complex and multinational organisational environment
  • Experience on similar position
  • Strong practical skills in use of Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
