YOUR MAIN TASKS

  • Develop and execute internal communication and develop strategies for external communication strategies to drive employee engagement, customer awareness, and brand visibility.
  • Craft compelling market-facing messages, executive communications, and content for campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives.
  • Manage internal platforms, including the ICT intranet (SharePoint), myTE intranet, and mobile app, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Oversee newsletters, earned media, press interviews, and industry trade coverage to enhance ICT’s share of voice.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align communications with business priorities.
  • Track and analyze communication effectiveness while managing the assigned budget.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Perfect fluency in English
  • 5+ years in marketing or communications, ideally B2B, with experience in branding, digital campaigns, and crisis communications.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or PR.
  • Passionate, creative, and up to date on industry trends.
