Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Implements and monitors a variety of human resource policies and programs on a site, country or regional level in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development and training.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Focused on providing HR professional services to a client group of managers and employees 
  • Partners with management to develop and maintain employee relationships to create a respectful working environment for the site/country through communication, performance management, and processing grievances and/or disputes.
  • Supports local works council consultation / industrial relations
  • Advises line managers on personnel procedures and precedents.
  • Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management
  • Investigates and drafts grievance replies.
  • Participates in the recruitment process
  • Helps develop, modify and deliver training programs
  • Applies the Continuous Improvement principles and tools to improve HR processes and services
  • With guidance, interprets and communicates company policies and ensures legal compliance.
  • HR budgeting and workforce planning: taking part to the HR budgeting process, monitoring the availability of the resources according to the strategic planning (workforce planning) of the Group
  • Internal Communication: promoting and implementing internal communication
  • Supporting organizational effectiveness and change management in partnership with the management


  • Master’s degree 
  • 3+ years HR experience within an international, fast-paced and customer driven environment
  • Strong ability to prioritise and to meet your deadlines,
  • Previous experience in collaborating with a works council
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labour laws
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Fluent command of Italian and English
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships and communication, demonstrable ability to positively persuade and influence
  • Proven affinity for working in large scale workforce management: able to provide meaningful, educational counselling to managers
  • Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies would be highly appreciated
