Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Duties and responsabilities

  • Responsible to define, plan and drive the implementation of the TEOA (TE Operating Advantage System) Transformation plan, Tools and Strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization.
  • Drive the implementation of TEOA methodology across the Site, and according to the set targets
  • Conduct TEOA compliance assessments and reviews, developing and leading gap closure plans with responsible Managers
  • Drive value stream mapping to define Current State and the transition to Future State, assuring and leading improvement actions
  • Identify and lead process improvements events (Kaizens) based on the Transformation Plan
  • Lead TEOA Training and workshops to drive cultural change and performance results
  • Lead multifunctional teams to define, execute and track Cost Savings projects
  • Work closely with Finance to validate and control Projects ROI and Savings
  • Conduct meetings to present progress on TEOA Assessments, Transformation Plans, Kaizens and Cost Savings Projects
  • Promotes and complies 100% with all EHS Programs
  • Participates actively in the Site Engagement Program


  • Professional with an Engineering Degree
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the position or similar
  • Record of proven results leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing culture, practices and kaizen facilitation
  • Strong ability to provide mentoring and coaching to drive a cultural change and overcome obstacles
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt or Lean Master highly desirable)
  • Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
