Job Overview
TE Connectivity is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Compliance programs at Chonburi site. This role is responsible for building a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards, managing EHS programs and audits, supporting construction and plant relocation projects, and driving sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency, GHG reduction, and Scope 3 programs.
Job Requirements
- Lead site-wide EHS, sustainability, and compliance programs.
- Develop and execute annual EHS improvement, training, audit, and budget plans.
- Build and promote a strong safety-first culture across all functions.
- Manage ISO 14001 programs, environmental compliance, and internal/external audits.
- Ensure safety during construction projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and plant relocation activities.
- Lead EHS reporting to site management, business units, and corporate stakeholders.
- Drive sustainability initiatives focused on energy reduction, GHG emissions, hazardous waste management, and Scope 3 improvements.
- Develop, coach, and mentor EHS team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Qualified under Thailand regulations to serve as a company EHS Manager (mandatory).
- Professional EHS certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 3 years of construction safety management experience.
- Experience with ISO 14001, compliance audits, sustainability, and Scope 3 initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
