Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Regional Product Manager (RPM) to lead the EMC Filter product portfolio within the Americas region. The RPM will be responsible for developing and executing the regional product strategy, driving profitable growth, and maximizing market share for our comprehensive range of EMI filter solutions, including the Corcom and Schaffner product lines. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, direct engagement with customers, and the implementation of effective pricing strategies to achieve regional objectives.

 

Territory covered: North America -Midwest to East Coast 

 

  • Regional Product Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with the global product roadmap and tailoring initiatives to the unique needs and dynamics of the regional market.
  • Sales Collaboration & Customer Engagement: Partner with Americas sales teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understand their requirements, and provide technical expertise and support.
  • Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Design and execute competitive pricing strategies, taking into account market conditions, the competitive landscape, and customer segmentation. Optimize pricing to maximize both profitability and market share.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer demand, and sales data to generate accurate forecasts for EMI filter products. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and optimize inventory levels.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead the regional launch of new EMI filter products, including the development of go-to-market strategies, coordination of marketing activities, and provision of sales enablement tools and training.
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, analyzing competitor products, pricing strategies, and market share. Identify opportunities and threats to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering and analyzing customer feedback in the Americas. Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development and improvement.
  • Collaboration with Global Product Management: Work closely with the Global Product Management team to provide regional input on the product roadmap, identify unmet needs, and ensure alignment between global and regional strategies.

What your background should look like:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, sales, or marketing roles within the electronics industry, with a focus on industrial applications and/or power solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EMC principles, filter technologies, and the application of EMC filters across various industrial sectors (preferred).
  • Americas Market Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the Americas market landscape, including key industry trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics in industrial automation and electrification. Experience with electronic distribution is advantageous.
  • Pricing & Sales Strategy: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies, negotiating with customers, and driving sales growth.
  • Analytical & Business Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities, evaluate financial performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:  $109,300- $164,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
