Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Distribution Management Teams manage the sale and placement of products in the marketplace to customers, either directly through the sales force or indirectly through distributors, dealers and agents.
TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Channel Business Manager who is passionate about building TE Connectivity Energy value proposition and strong relationships with our channel, supporting their sales efforts, and increasing their loyalty and performance. Reporting to the Energy Americas Strategy Leader, this role will play a pivotal role in channel and market growth by developing channel and market business strategy, effectively planning, executing, and evaluating programs in alignment with our sales strategy.
• Manage regional channel strategy inclusive of campaigns, promotions, training, events, communications, incentive programs, and Point of Sale (POS) and Distributor inventory dataset.
• Manage TE Energy channel partner policies and programs.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop clear channel and market strategies aligned with TE Connectivity Energy priorities.
• Manage relationships with channel partners including setting annual financial forecast, aligning financial goals with key channel partners, and conducting quarterly business reviews with key channel partners.
• Align with Sales Leadership to develop a financial bridge and prioritization structure that weighs business needs, impact, investment, and resource capacity.
• Partner with sales groups to develop and drive key programs that generate demand and optimize various team’s sales efforts.
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing with 8+ years' relevant experience, preferably in the Energy space

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $111,000 - $166,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
