Job Overview

Manages daily production challenges, drives continuous improvement activities, and supports the implementation to improve the existing processes to improve the efficiency of operations.

Job Requirements

  • Monitoring the quality checks, documenting the results of quality procedures, verifying paper works related to inspection, and coordinating with the maintenance team.
  • Inspecting whether the parts and assemblies meet production standards and specifications, adjusting and making modifications to achieve specified dimensional characteristics.
  • Analyzing reports and charts, determining production needs, and assisting in aligning the resources to specific needs in production.
  • Coordinating with the engineers to understand the requirements and needs, planning the production activities, and communicating the direction to operating workers.

What your background should look like

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

COMPENSATION
