IVD Solutions team is the business within Medical dedicated to the design and manufacturing of microfluidic products, targeting mostly In-vitro, Research Use Only and Cell culture market segments. We are the partner of choice to Life Science OEMs for the design, clinical validation, and manufacturing of microfluidic devices, enabling rapid diagnosis and novel treatments resulting in healthier lives.
We are looking for an Account Manager who is highly motivated to work with TE IVD solutions account portfolio within Life Science, Biotech and Pharma companies.  

As an Account Manager you will be assigned to support client accounts. The successful candidate will provide account management support for assigned projects. You will work collaboratively with their lead engineers and project manager leads to track updates on project progress, generate new opportunities and identify potential challenges. You will be responsible for gathering and accurately recording data for effectively implement account specific business plans including customer goals, critical initiatives, opportunity development, relationship mapping, and competitive threats. 

What you will be doing:

•    Support TE’s IVD solutions team efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilities.
•    Design and implement account specific business plans including customer goals, critical initiatives, opportunity development, relationship mapping, and competitive threats.
•    Lead key accounts through sales cycle, from new opportunity discovery through deal closure.
•    Drive opportunity generation across TE IVD solutions account portfolio within Life Science, Biotech and Pharma companies.  
•    Ensuring smooth, timely and accurate project tracking across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping teams updated on progress, new opportunities, and potential challenges. 
•    Working collaboratively with our project manager to align on project variables and timelines.
•    Helping lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetings.
•    Developing a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of the IVD microfluidic business 
•    Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Science or the equivalent experience.
•    2 years plus of relevant sales, laboratory, research, or related experience
•    Visual concentration, attention to detail and client orientation required
•    Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment to accomplish required tasks.
•    Experience with basic computer programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required.
•    An eagerness to immerse oneself in the IVD, life science, biotech industry

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $58,6000 – 87,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
•    A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
