Job Overview

Der „Line Quality Inspection“ (m/w/d) stellt die Qualität der gefertigten Teile in der laufenden Produktion sicher und verantwortet die Prüfung, Freigabe, Buchung und Dokumentation sowie das frühzeitige Erkennen und Eskalieren von Abweichungen.

Job Requirements

  • Durchführung visueller und maßlicher Prüfungen von Spritzgussteilen gemäß Prüfplan und Zeichnung
  • Überwachung der Produktqualität während der laufenden Produktion (z. B. 2‑Stunden-Kontrollen)
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Eskalieren von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Verwaltung von n. i. O.-Teilen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards (u. a. 8QB) sowie Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Prozessaudits
  • Kontrolle und Durchführung von Nacharbeiten (Rework) inkl. Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Erstmustern und Serien sowie Dokumentation im DQIP-System
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Freigabe von Prüfmitteln sowie Buchung von Teilen in SAP/Hydra
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Qualität sowie Mitwirkung an Ursachenanalysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)

What your background should look like

  • Abgeschlossene technische bzw. produktionstechnische Ausbildung und idealerweise mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss/Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Qualitätsprüfung (z. B. Sichtprüfung, Messmittel, Prüfanweisungen)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, Hydra sowie MS Office
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Beobachtungsgabe, Durchsetzungsvermögen und klare Kommunikation
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
