Job Description

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives. Responds to inquiries about the company’s products or services. Investigates and resolves complaints.

Job Summary

  • Customer order management

- Make sales order entries, confirm orders and expedite orders

- Change order and backlog price adjustment

- On-going backlog management

 

  • Delivery & Shipment Management

-Work with Supply Chain to fulfill customer demand

-Resolve logistics and custom issues with relevant function

 

  • Forecast Management

-Manage customer forecast/demand

 

  • Pastdue Order Management

- Report and support past due backlog reduction and manage inventory level

 

  • Payment Management

- Customer payment clearance

- Coordinate with Finance and Customer to solve past due invoice issues

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (major in marketing, Business Management, English, etc.)
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Business level English skill in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Well understand the trading business model and sufficient international trade knowledge
  • Good computer application skill – MS Office, SAP experience is preferred
  • Be capable of working with multi-task and meet deadline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
