BU / FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the customer care organization. Take a hands‑on role in managing initiatives that enhance both new and existing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains for the organization.
  • Support the CS leadership team and cross functional partners in coordinating the deployment of TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) activities to meet BU goals.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure consistent implementation of new or improved processes.
  • Manage projects and project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and execution of goals.
  • Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
  • Ensure performance process is tracked and desired results are achieved.
  • Manage the continuous improvement pipeline and action plans.
  • Work with CS Leadership to identify and drive process improvement actions.
  • Monitor and solve all process roadblocks and ensure effective resolution.
  • Develop training plans and co-ordinate the delivery of training on new and process updates.
  • Provide management with feedback on Key Performance Indicators in line with set priorities and timing targets.
  • Capable of coaching and training other team members in the use of process improvement and problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Proactively deploy actions to engage CS team members

Desired Candidate Profile:

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Any Bachelor’s/ Business degrees or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement
  • Supply Chain and Customer Service Experience added advantages.

SKILLS AND COMPETNCES

(Soft and hard skills needed to succeed)

  • Strong, effective oral / written communication and presentation skills to peers, ISC management and stakeholders.
  • Strong background in customer care processes and a solid knowledge base.
  • Proven TEOA Practitioner and Kaizen facilitator are a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills & Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Adaptable and proficient in adopting new systems. Forward thinker and a change agent.
  • Flexible working in an international environment.
  • Proficient in SAP (CS module), Microsoft office tools including excel. Knowledge in Qlikview and TED is a plus.
  • Process analysis and optimization.
  • Data driven – Decision making.
  • Team leadership and cross functional collaboration.
  • Project and facilitation skills.

Shift timings : 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
