Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
What your background should look like:
  • Business partner the operations manager and support the local management team and off site managers.
  • Manage the month end process including analysis, journal review, creation and posting in SAP. 
  • Monthly manufacturing performance results preparation, analysis and submission.
  • Monthly P&L reporting and re-forecasting of manufacturing activities. 
  • Manage the annual budgeting and standard costing process for the Witham plant
  • Work with non-finance managers to constructively challenge existing processes and drive improvements 
  • Regular financial reviews with non-financial managers 
  • Adhere to and manage local compliance with Corporate policies and liaise with financial shared service centres in Swindon and Poland.
  • Manage, support and coach a small local finance team
