HR BUSINESS PARTNER IV
Responsibilities
- Implement Human Resources policies at the site level partnering with the business leaders to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, wellbeing and change management etc.).
- Fosters partnership with innovations across the HR function to deliver value added service to the function leaders and the employees that reflect the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
- Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., year-end performance review and compensation planning, and workforce planning etc.).
- Assist business continuous success on: Talent development plan, talent pipeline building-up and successions plan at site level.
- Consult with employees and managers to address human resources issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion of work environment with high engagement at all employee levels.
- HR operation effectiveness and Compliance for all HR initiatives
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor or above, major in Human Resources will be preferred
- Experience: 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws/local regulations
- Excellent skills and abilities in coaching, influencing, facilitation and communication and problem solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.
- Languages: Fluency in English skill, writing, reading and speaking
- Be proactive and be approachable.
