Job Overview

We are a leading Automotive Connector Company looking for a dynamic HR Partner to join our team. As an HR Partner you will play a key role in shaping HR governance, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate standards, and drive the successful execution of regional and global HR projects.

We are looking for a proactive HR professional with strong expertise in labor laws, HR operations, policy governance, and project management. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with excellent stakeholder management skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to leverage data analytics and AI tools to deliver actionable insights and impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: 

HR Policy & Governance

  • Develop, review, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end HR policy lifecycle, including drafting, review, approval, communication, and ongoing updates.
  • Monitor labor law and regulatory changes, translating them into practical HR policies and processes.
  • Assess compliance risks and implement preventive measures to minimize legal and operational exposure.
  • Deliver policy and compliance training to employees and managers.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to drive policy implementation and governance.
  • Conduct compliance audits, monitor policy adherence, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Project Management

  • Lead and support global, regional, and local HR projects aligned with business and HR priorities.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular project updates to leadership.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement through project learnings and best practices.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Support HR operational activities, including compliance reporting, mandatory training, and documentation management.
  • Leverage data analytics and AI tools to generate insights, improve reporting, and create impactful presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and employee experience initiative

 

 What your background should look like: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, policy governance, and HR operations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and AI tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and policy-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
