CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST II

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

What your background should look like:

Business and management that responds to and manages inquiries from customers in ASEAN regarding confirmation of ordered products, creation of estimates, delivery management, etc. by telephone, fax, and e-mail.

Responsibilities
• Managing phone calls from customers/sales.
• Ordering and delivery management.
• Preparation of invoices and quotations.
• Cooperation with in-house production planning department/distribution department and other related departments.
• Price confirmation, price registration, acceptance follow-up.
• Sales support work (including demand and sales analysis).
• Other assignment as assigned.

Qualifications
• More than 7 years experiences of practical experience in customer service role in any industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in any related field.
• English communication skills in business level is required.  Chinese language is a plus. 
• PC skills (Microsoft Office [EXCEL, Word, Power Point] required).
• A positive attitude toward work and self-management skills.
• Result-oriented, mature, flexible, and problem-solving skills.
