This role is part of the Digital Data Networks (DDN) business unit within the Industrial Solutions segment. The Inside Sales team plays a critical role in supporting the broader sales organization by driving key performance indicators such as Point-of-Sale (POS) and pipeline conversion growth through focused sales execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own and Grow OEM Channel Accounts: Manage OEM accounts fulfilled through channel partners, driving pipeline development and point-of-sale (POS) growth to increase indirect sales year-over-year.
• Drive Product Execution: Lead execution efforts for the DDN product pipeline, ensuring successful conversion and adoption.
• Customer and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Present product solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, Channel Sales, and other key functions to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Channel Partner Enablement: With a growth mindset, collaborate with channel partners to align application roadmaps and expand the DDN application portfolio within target customer accounts.
• Territory Planning and Execution: Monitor progress across your territory and coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, PM, Pricing, Channel, and Leadership) to implement initiatives that drive growth.
• Strategic Focus: Keep channel partners aligned and engaged on high-priority projects and key customer opportunities.
Preferred Background and Qualifications:
• Location: Candidates must be based in the Eastern region of the United States.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role, ideally within a technical environment and digital or inside sales.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both verbal and written technical English is required.
