As a part of the Industrial and Commercial Transportation (ICT) Business Unit, the Manager, Channel Marketing will be responsible for building strategies for and in collaboration with our Channel partners that help achieve our growth objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the other commercial functions including Integrated & Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Business Development and Strategy to build, execute and optimize awareness and demand generation campaigns tied to profitable growth. As part of the Commercial Marketing Organization, this role will be involved with building strong business cases for growth opportunities, leading the organization through change and ensuring strong talent is in place. This is a Remote Position. 
 
What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Channel Marketing efforts for the ICT business, including managing budget and customer partnerships and leading the efforts of others.
  • Develop marketing plans for and with our Channel Partners for key growth initiatives and product launches, including leveraging data and insights to drive segmentation, target identification, persona development and value propositions.
  • Develop, execute and optimize strategic marketing campaigns including ABM that are aligned to demand generation and sales objectives (pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals) that enhance the specialties and focus of our Channel partners.  
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy of the Industrial business unit by partnering with sales, product management, marketing operations and digital center of excellence to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts and overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Channel Marketing effectiveness through improved marketing processes, tools and people development.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through setting the right KPIs and metrics and hold Channel Partners accountable.
  • Develop a small team to assist in matching distributor campaign needs with priority content in both AMER and EMEA regions. 

 

What your background should look like 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; MBA preferred.  
  • 7-10 years in B2B Marketing in multiple marketing disciplines, including integrated, product and channel marketing; Engineering or product management experience a plus.
  • B2B marketing experience in large, global and highly matrixed organizations
  • Track record of successfully leading Demand Generation marketing effort and delivering top results with a strong digital marketing skill set
  • Highly collaborative, can connect with team remotely, and can work across multiple stakeholders to gain alignment
  • Managerial courage and communication skills to effectively and constructively challenge and influence leaders and experts in the organization.
  • Account Based Marketing experience preferred.
  • Actionable understanding of Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Omnichannel Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Email CRM, Inside Sales Outbound Campaigns, and how all works together
  • Must have fluency in English

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $149,000-186,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
