Job Overview

SUPV III MOLDING is responsible for leading and managing daily operations within the Molding Department to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production output. This role oversees workforce planning, training, machine utilization, problem‑solving, and compliance with company standards including EHS, quality systems, and operational excellence initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with planners, engineers, toolroom teams, and quality teams to maintain smooth production flow, resolve molding‑related issues, and support continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Process, or Industrial Engineering.

    Experience

    • 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in injection molding and assembly processes strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, troubleshooting, and structured problem‑solving.
    • Strong technical engineering background with proven supervisory experience.
    • Experience with ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949, TPM systems, SAP, and MS Office tools.

What your background should look like

  • Solid engineering knowledge with hands‑on experience in plastic injection molding operations.
  • Proven leadership experience supervising operators, technicians, or production teams.
  • Ability to train employees, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions appropriately.
  • Experience in production troubleshooting—including molds, machines, quality issues, and process deviations.
  • A mindset for process improvement and efficiency (Lean, TPM, waste reduction, etc.).
  • Strong coordination skills to work with planners, QA, toolroom, and engineering teams.
  • Adaptability and readiness to work within a shift‑rotation environment.
