Assists with resolving mold problems, preparing the mold for production, and ensuring good mold maintenance by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Modifying small details, changeover molds to cater to the required specifications, and disassembling complex molds for cleaning and repair purposes.
• Setting up the equipment based on the tolerances, requirement of the mold, and materials and executing production runs to adjust and modify to ensure the final product as per the desired specifications.
• Performing quality checks before entry of mold in the production cycle and monitoring the mold's performance.
• Creating, modifying, and updating documents on the improvements and modifications made in the mold, procedures followed, and suggesting enhancements based on industry best practices.

What your background should look like

Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
