• Work with and learn from seasoned Product Engineers.  

• Support design/manufacturing/testing processes by identifying and implementing process improvements.  

• Participate on cross-functional teams to help solve manufacturing and to complete testing.

• Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.   

• Lead, or participate in, cross-functional projects to address and resolve testing/manufacturing issues, regarding the sustaining and continuous improvement of processes and methods to improve safety, quality, and delivery. 

• Create/Improve testing/manufacturing process documentation.  

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED 

• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ​BA/BS​ Degree in ​Mechanical Engineering​, ​Electrical Engineering​ or ​Electrical & Computer Engineering​ from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered). 

• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project 

• Are authorized to work in the U.S.
