Job Overview

In this position, you will take on a central leadership role in which you will develop your team in a targeted manner while also acting as an important interface between customers and the organization. You will make a significant contribution to meeting business requirements, communicate relevant company needs clearly and effectively, and represent our customers' interests with confidence. In addition, you will be actively involved in handling escalations and, through your solution-oriented approach, ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and stable business processes.

Job Requirements

  • Continuous quality improvement
  • Component analysis
  • Creation and editing of 8D reports with follow-up on corrective measures
  • Communication with customers
  • Close cooperation with functions such as operations, quality, product management, sales, account management, customer service, and engineering, including coordination and management of meetings and handling of customer-related issues
  • Conducting complaint and return analyses
  • Managing customer portals
  • Creating evaluations
  • Communicating with customers and coordinating internally
  • Fault analysis for continuous product improvement
  • Leading problem-solving meetings
  • Monitoring PPAP deliveries
  • Managing the measurement laboratory and calibration

What your background should look like

  • Successfully completed degree, ideally in a technical field; alternatively, further training as a technician or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in quality management or a similarly demanding technical role
  • Confident handling of critical customer complaints and a confident manner in challenging situations
  • In-depth knowledge of the 8D methodology and experience in structured problem solving
  • Passion for quality issues and a high level of willingness to continuously further your professional development
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
