Job Overview

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung elektromechanischer Prüfungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Vibrations- und Resonanzprüfungen. Sie arbeiten im Laborumfeld an Entwicklungs- und Validierungsprojekten gemäß Kundenspezifikationen und internationalen Normen.

Sie analysieren und interpretieren Versuchsergebnisse und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur technischen Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungs- und Validierungsprüfungen
  • Schwerpunkt: Vibrations‑ und Resonanzprüfungen gemäß relevanter Normen und Spezifikationen
  • Aufbau, Verdrahtung und Inbetriebnahme elektromechanischer Prüfaufbauten
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Resonanzanalysen und Schwingungsprüfungen
  • Analyse, Interpretation und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse (englischsprachig)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prüfmethoden und -prozessen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung (z. B. Techniker) von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Prüftechnik oder im Laborumfeld
  • Fundierter elektromechanischer Hintergrund, idealerweise im Bereich Schwingungs-/Vibrationstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Durchführung von Prüfungen (Vibration, Resonanz von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
