Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Your main tasks:
- Support and manage a defined employee population (Operations & Non-Operations)
- Advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Execute core HR processes (e.g., OLR, Performance Management, Year-End processes)
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Center, and Works Council
- Drive recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
- Implement HR strategies, initiatives, and company culture programs
- Lead and support local HR projects and change management activities
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the point of contact for labor law matters and employee relations cases
- Coordinate onboarding processes and employee benefits programs
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Experience in both operational and strategic HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor law and works council collaboration
- Experience in recruitment and employer branding
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and structured way of working
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
