Job Overview

Principal Duties & Tasks:
•    Implement new payroll & personnel system, 
•    Build competency in managing team to be shared service center for all locations in Poland, 
•    Handle changes in labor law and internal policies (implementation in HR systems all required documents),
•    Participates in HR projects,
•    Manages SOX compliance of payroll and administration processes,
•    Sets rules and procedures within the team and the cooperation with other teams in HR,
•    Coordinates cooperation with payroll outsourcing company,
•    Coordinates work in directed organizational unit and cooperates with other organizational units,
•    Supervises and controls inside and outside documents circulation in range of directed organizational unit,
•    Identifies development needs of the team members, related to duties on particular position,
•    Shares knowledge and experience with co-workers and supports them.

The ideal candidate for this position will have: 
•    Has extensive knowledge in the field of payroll and personnel administration management, supported by at least 5 years of experience, including in managerial positions,

•    Has skills and knowledge, that allows independent performance of duties in standard situations and non standard situations,
•    Has an experience in implementation of payroll & personnel systems ( knowledge Enova system will be welcome), 
•    Has an experience in building shared service center for payroll & personnel functions, 
•    Knowledge of Polish regulations related to personnel administration and payroll,
•    Knowledge of Płatnik and ZFŚS,
•    Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.

  • Has extensive knowledge in the field of payroll and personnel administration management, supported by at least 5 years of experience, including in managerial positions, and communicative knowledge of English, spoken and written
