Job Overview

The supply chain analyst is an integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the extraction, interpretation and presentation of data relevant for KPIs and Project based Supply Chain analysis as well as all PLP supply review meetings held within the Sub vertical as part of the S&OP process. The supply chain analyst is responsible and accountable for Supply Chain Dashboard preparations, Supply Chain data analysis as well as ensuring the supply reviews are run efficiently using accurate and relevant data.

What your background should look like:

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

  •  Extracting relevant data, in a timely cadence, from the appropriate systems (e.g. SAP, JDA, TED,)
  •  Validating and cleansing data to ensure accuracy
  •  Formatting and presenting data (in the appropriate templates) 
  •  Analysing data and highlight appropriate issues including KPI progression
  •  Continuous improvement activities to ensure appropriate systems, reports and data are being used  and analysis of process weaknesses and subsequent improvement actions
  •  Work on ad-hoc projects


  •  At least 2 years of experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent
  •  Good problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
  •  Good knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, MS Office experience (advanced), SAP experience (R2 and Hana preferably), Some BI experience (possibly Cognos but not essential), Tableau,
  •  Fluent in English both written and spoken,
