Job Overview
We are looking for an addition to our team, who is going to be responsible for sales activity for Automotive customers in responsible area (Hungary). The Sales Engineer is taking care of client accounts, develops relationships, identifies sales opportunities, takes active part in business development and assists senior team members in achieving sales targets.
Job Scope

Drive sales by promoting and offering products and services to existing accounts
- Find out customer needs and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Make customer acquisitions and bring in new business
- Chart main competitors and gather relevant market information
- Participate in on‑site customer account meetings and support in‑person negotiations when needed
- Cooperate with corporate functions within the company (Product Management, Quality, R&D, Marketing) in order to provide our customers with the best solutions
- Report sales territory performance
Ideal background
- Finished University Education (preferred: Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnical education)
- 4-5 years of previous experience as Sales engineer or Sales representative
- Fluent level of English and Hungarian (additional language is a plus)
- Car driving license necessary and active driving experience
- Position requires flexibility regarding travelling (mainly within Hungary)
- Good knowledge about customer structure, market condition as well as competitor and supplier landscape
