Total Rewards Analyst

Job Overview


  • Point of contact for assigned countries, providing HR and leadership with timely professional advice and guidance
  • Develop and enhance the provision of total rewards reporting, analytics and insight
  • Support Total Reward projects, in partnership with internal specialist teams
  • Support the execution and delivery of Total Reward training and education
  • Support the End of Year Review Process
  • Analyse and develop the organisation's compensation and benefits programs
  • Assist in the implementation of base pay, incentive programs and benefits programs
  • Evaluate and recommend leveling of jobs
  • Assist in the education of HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, compensation offers, and global job framework
  • Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity
  • Analyse and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programs
  • Support the Global Benefits Team and HR Solutions teams in benefit renewals
  • Support in benefits program management including but not limited to the implementation of new programs and evaluation of existing programs to proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Support M&A integration activities, if required

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • General understanding of global survey providers (interpretation/participation)
  • Solid analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and develop focused recommendations for BU/HR leadership
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a quickly growing environment
  • Ability to be solution orientated and help solve problems
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages considered a plus
  • Collaborative team player with solid influencing skills
  • Analytical skills; ability to analyze statistical data and develop focused recommendations for BU/HR leadership
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including an ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
